Ron’s leadership has been instrumental in overseeing the legal acquisition, certification, and export of high-purity gold—managing end-to-end processes from mine-site operations to international logistics. Under his direction, BMM Gold has successfully navigated complex regulatory environments, secured strategic partnerships, and built a solid reputation for transparency and reliability in the international gold market.

He holds a degree in Mining Engineering and has pursued additional executive training in Mineral Economics and Resource Governance, equipping him with a robust understanding of both the technical and economic dimensions of the industry. His combined expertise in mining operations, export compliance, and investment structuring makes him a highly sought-after partner for international buyers, investors, and stakeholders in the resource sector.

Mr. Jarbou is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant with 14 years of experience working for Ghanaian-based international public companies in the area of financial reporting. Prior to joining Castle Peak Mining Ltd. as an Accounting Manager in May 2011, he was a senior accountant of Seaspan Corporation, Vancouver BC and a senior auditor for Deloitte and Touche, Saudi Arabia.
